Quick facts:
- in 140mm size, weighs 68g. For this type of rotor, 68g is quite light. By comparison an Avid 140mm HSX Rotor weighs 85g and the one-piece KCNC Razor in 140mm is not much lighter at 61g.
- stainless steel ground braking surface;
- aluminium spider;
- steel rivets.
Floating?
These rotors are often referred to as "floating" rotors, but in reality, the aren't. The steel braking surface and the aluminium spider are firmly riveted together, so there is no "float" to speak of. They should be more accurately described as two piece rotors - in the same way that the Avid HSX rotors are two piece and not "floating".
