Shimano SH-MT34 leisure MTB shoe

Shimano SH-MT34 leisure / MTB shoes

Quick facts

  • weight 947g for the pair in size 47;
  • sizing is a bit on the small size.  I normally take Euro 46 but in these Euro 47 was perfect.  Also for a cycle touring shoe, its good to get a bit of extra room inside for warmer socks;
  • sole is stiff, but not super stiff.  So they're less efficient for riding than say my Sidi Eagle 5 Pro's but they are a lot more comfortable for walking in over uneven terrain.

Price?

These are outstanding value for money.  Look out for them on special and expect to pay around $75.
