I've been looking for some lightweight breathable waterproof (or resistant) fabrics for some lightweight projects I've got in mind. Here are some I've come across:

Momentum 50 - $12.95/yd, available in a range of colours;
SevenD - $22/yd, black colour;
KG-8D - $7.50/yd, bright green only;
Breathable cuben fiber fabric - $60/yard

Down

I've also come across a few sources of down:

800fp down from DownByThePound;
900fp down from ThruHiker;
700fp down from www.feathertex.com; and
600, 700 and 800fp down in 1 pound quantities from Down-lite.

Synthetic insulation

Synthetic insulation is also available from ThruHiker in the form of both Primaloft Sport and Climashield APEX.
