These are made of what feels like fairly tough foam.  They weigh 20g for the pair.  The foam is contoured to provide a bulge for your palm when holding the bars.

Not much to say! They're grips made out of silicon. They feel quite comfortable, although I can't really tell that they absorb any more shock than good rubber grips.
