This wheel build involved re-using a Roval Traverse rear hub; Straight pull Sapim Laser spokes were used, laced up to the new Crest Mk3 rim.
The build was easy once I sorted the spoke length out. It can be quite painfull to work out the exact spoke lengths required by straight pull hubs and this one was no exception. Based on the DT Swiss calculator, I ordered 272mm Sapim Lasers so I could always shorten them if required. Final build required 266mm on the drive side and 270mm on the non-drive side.
Final weight on completed wheel was 757g.
